Interviews will take place in person or by telephone. The purpose of the interview is to mutually clarify
additional information about the duties of the position, the nature of the work, the circumstances and
the applicant’s previous experience and potential.

You will have the opportunity to see the workplace, the production operations and meet potential
colleagues and your line manager. We want to make sure that you get a full picture of the position, the
working conditions and the atmosphere in the team.

You will discuss details and first impressions with your line manager. Both parties may need additional
time to reach a decision, so we will agree on a date to contact each other about further cooperation.
But it is possible that we will agree on cooperation the same day!
