The product

Birch wood dust and wood chips has several uses in various industries and applications. Our material is mostly used as biomass fuel. Birch wood dust and wood chips can be compressed into pellets or briquettes and used as a biomass fuel source in certain heating systems, such as wood pellet stoves and biomass boilers.

During the woodworking process, more than 5000 m3 of wood chips are produced in the sawmill and production mill every month. Wood chips consist of 100% birch material.
Birch wood chips are obtained in a technological process in a sawmill and production mill. Majority of our material is made from FSC® (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood.

Average moisture content of wood chips: 42% (range 40-45%) Ash content: 0.6%
