Glued FJ beams
Glued beams are mainly used for making door profiles, furniture parts and staircase parts. Glued finger joint beams are constructed by interlocking fingers ranging from 200 to 600 mm, applying adhesive to the surfaces, and pressing the fingers together with a hydraulic press under high pressure and heat to create a strong, continuous beam. The finger jointing process makes the beams stronger, more stable, and less prone to warping or twisting than solid wood beams. Finger joint beams are durable and cost-effective
